  I rent in Seneca from 9/2016 to 2/2018. I have seen a lot during my renting period. I do not like the management especially when it come to the rule that regulate the visitor parking spot. For example if you will have a visitor for even one night in weekend, not only you need to get the parking permit in advance with the rental office, but you have to give the visitor tag number . that is very crazy. Because if my visitor will use a rental car and he did get the car before Friday and communicate the plat number to me, she cannot get a chance to park in the visitor spot.
  The second thing I do not appreciate is they do everything to find a little reason not only to keep you deposit but to charge you for extra fee.
  The third thing is when they charge you for extra fee, and you make a payment plan with them. They will send you to collection before the dead line of the payment plan.
  I do not re-command this plan for any of my friends.

  This apartment is absolutely ridiculous. I've lived there for almost 3 years and i never been annoyed in my life. First of all the staff at the management office is rude and do not care about their tenants needs and being strict for no reason! Second of all they make some stupid BS rule to make all the tenants come and check in to the office to "renew" parking stickers. They always have issues with parking spaces and instead of tracking other tenants who do not follow the rules, they target EVERYONE and keep changing the rules. They been checking parking information so frequently it's driving me crazy. Oh and not to mention the fact that they are so strict on how registration has to match with the leaseholders just to park there????? and if you do not have a sticker they tow you. oh and there is like 5 visitors parking space and you need PERMISSION from the rental office before visitors come and park at the VISITORS section!!! they're just doing this BS because they have limited parking spaces. DON’T waste your money here whatsoever! IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!! I FINALLY DECIDED THAT I'M MOVING OUT OF HERE!
