  Dr. Avni Jain she lied to me because when i visit in her germantown doctor office for my regular check up she was offered me the vaccination and i ask her 5-6 times is that free vaccination or my insurance will pay that she told me oh no no don't worry its a free vaccination then i ask again and again you sure no cost she repeated to me yes no cost my current job also offer every year each and every one for free vaccination but i never took any vaccination because any kind off medication you take they have so many side effects that's why and i only visit ones a year for my physical check up that's all nothing else, but some how whatever way she offer me i was convinced then i said okay go ahead, but months later i got billed after i claimed my insurance full amount then my insurance cover pretty much everything only 3 individual bills the didn't covered fully i was looking my bills again then i noticed that vaccination was not covered by my insurance they only covered 75% but remaining money i have to pay which is not that much $65 dollars but i'm claiming anything else only that vaccination which is i personally asked her so many times any charge for that and i clearly remember i asked he 5-6 times and i tell her also Dr. Avni Jain, my job already offer me free vaccination but i didn't take it because they offer every years, then i talk to her manager her name ias Miss Donna and i explained her everything and she tell me okay i will talk to her then i will call you back with in 2 days and she asked me call back phone number i provide my cell phone number and my direct office number she never call me back, then i call back again after one and half weeks later because bill was over due dates but when i call back again and ask for her can i speak to Miss Donna office receptionist lady told me she is available because she is on the vacation she will come back next week then i call back again ask for Miss Donna then the transfer to her and i explain everything again she don't remember anything then i explained full story again after 7 minutes later she remember me oh lord !!!! then she was try to convinced me in different way but i tell her Miss Donna so many times i asked her any charge for that or not she told me don't worry it's a free vaccination, i think government need to put in some kind of electronic recording device example like a cops, same way i think for each and every doctors need use that kind of device because so many ways they charge us lots of money and maximum times we don't realized because our insurance cover lots of things. i think someone need take a action for that why i charged for that i already paid everything but i'm not happy at all about this situation so i don't recommend this doctor at all Dr. Avni Jain........ 12-18-2017
