  An auto repair shop that treats you with respect and great service! All repair shops are not created equally. And Precision Auto is far and above many of the auto shops I have dealt with over the years. From the time you schedule an appointment on line, it was after hours when I scheduled my appointment, I received a reply back from Precision Auto the very next morning - to walking in the front door - to Mr. Ben driving you in the shuttle. Precision Auto treats you like they really value your business! They even sent me a text message after the my inspection was done with a detailed explanation of the work. And they did not talk above my pretty little head (yes...I called myself pretty!) like I was an auto mechanic. They talked in a way that I understood exactly what was done and what was recommended. The customer service at Precision Auto reminds me of my old neighborhood in Jersey, when my dad would take one of our cars to Mr. Del Vecchio's for repair. Mr. D would get someone to drive us home or would lend my dad a car while our car was undergoing repairs. It's that caring, hands-on, small town great service that seems to be a thing of past.
